What is Open Sauna ?
Open Sauna is a Belgian initiative aimed at making regular sauna use more accessible. It is born from regular travels to Nordic countries and a passion for the feeling and health benefits of sauna practices.
When trying to incorporate sauna regularly in your life, price is usually the biggest barrier : sauna are often found in expensive complexes, and acquiring one is usually costly as well. There are cheaper options, but then the quality question quickly arises. Open Sauna aimed to provide answers to those problems, using portable solutions that can also be applied when renting and not owning your house.
Practically, how does Open Sauna helps ?
With Open Sauna, we offer different ways to bridge the gap between people and sauna :
- Community Saunas : we partner with locals to create simple but functional community sauna locations, giving access to affordable sauna for people living close, or simply passing by.
- Sauna Rental : we rent mobile saunas, for specific event or domestic private use
- Sauna sale and construction : we sell and build saunas, with quality and accessibility in our mindset. For us, it’s not about making an elite sauna experience, but making a functional and relaxing sauna.
We share our love for sauna two different ways :
- Trailer Sauna : this gives us and people the most flexibility on how, when and where to use their sauna
- Sauna Tent : this is the most accessible way to experience sauna without breaking the bank !
